Recent pictures of Niger Delta Exploration & Production Modular Refinery in Ogbele, Rivers State. Work is at an advanced stage of completion, as production is scheduled to commence in March, 2019.

They say PMB has not done anything and there is no infrastructure but baba has been quietly working and directly affecting communities and States.
