ExxonMobil Nigeria Appoints New Vice Chairman

ExxonMobil, the second largest crude oil producer in Nigeria, has appointed Mrs. Adesua Dozie as the new Vice Chairperson for its Nigerian affiliates, Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN) Unlimited and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (EEPN) Limited.

ExxonMobil made the announcement on its Twitter handle, stating that the appointment became effective on Monday, June 12. 

Before her new appointment, Dozie served as an Executive Director and the General Manager of MPN and EEPNL. She holds a degree in law from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom and a Master of Law from Cornell Law School in New York, with over 20 years of experience as a senior legal advisor for multinational companies in various industries across Africa. 

The Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, congratulated her on the new appointment and her remarkable accomplishments, acknowledging her as a commendable representative of Edo State, who is consistently showcasing the excellence that emanates from their region.

Obaseki expressed confidence that Dozie’s tenure would be characterized by even greater achievements and continued progress within the nation’s energy sector.
