Nigeria will export around 153, 000 barrels per day of crude oil from the Bonga North West field this month, according to loading programme.
Programme for export of the crude grade emerged last week even as operator of the offshore field, Shell through its Nigerian subsidiary, SNEPCo, said the oilfield located at the Oil Mining License, OML 118 block will undergo maintenance in March and April.
“The Bonga FPSO will be undergoing scheduled maintenance and project activities in addition to regulatory inspections during March and April. Exact dates and production impacts are currently under review,” the statement from its spokesperson read.
