His Excellency, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo​, GCON, is quintessentially one of the most reliable, dependable and progress oriented leaders we have in this era.

This was contained in a birthday message personally signed by the Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Chief Timipre Sylva, to the Vice President as he marks his 63rd birthday.
