No less than Five oil wells are currently ablaze in Ondo State.
It was assembled that fire broke out on Thursday morning in Ajegunle-Ikorigho community and spread to parts of Ojumole which is situated in Ikorigho land.
The oil wells that were affected in the occurrence are said to be Isan-West field, Parable field, Malu field, Ororo and Opokaba.
The inferno was additionally reported to have influenced Otumara, Ikorigho, Ajegunle-Ikorigho, Zion Ikorigho, Iluayo, Kendo Ayeren and Ehinmoghan-Ikorigho people group.
The reason for the flame had not been found out as at press time and it’s not clear yet if there are any casualties.
Femi Joseph, representative of the Ondo state police order said that he is yet to be briefed about the development.
