Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima, former Minister of Planning and Economy and Minister of Mines and Hydrocarbons of Equatorial Guinea, has been appointed President of the Strategic Partnerships and Financing Committee of the Central African Pipeline System (CAPS).
A visionary leader and one of the key initiators of the CAPS project, alongside the Central Africa Business Energy Forum (CABEF) and the African Petroleum Producers Organization (APPO), His Excellency embodies the region’s ambition for a united and prosperous energy sector.
