Julius Berger Nigeria Appoints New CEO

Julius Berger Nigeria, one of the country’s leading construction companies, has announced the appointment of Dr. Peer Lubasch as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective 16th October 2024.

The company disclosed the information via a communique, noting that Dr. Lubasch has made substantial contributions to a variety of sectors, such as infrastructure, services, and building, during his 28-year career in the construction industry. 

According to the document, Dr. Lubasch’s extensive knowledge and experience of Nigeria, which he has acquired over the course of a significant portion of his professional journey, will be invaluable in his new position.

It also explained that his reputation as a visionary leader in the field has been further solidified by his successful tenure as Managing Director and CEO of Julius Berger International over the past two years.

The organization expressed appreciation to its former CEO, Engr. Dr. Lars Richter, for his exceptional leadership and for steering the company through transformative growth over the last six years.
