PHOTOSPEAK: Sylva honoured

The Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, His Excellency’s Dr. Timipre Sylva was just conferred with a honorary Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) Degree and Fellowship of the Institute of Public Administration (FIPA) by the Institute of Public Administration Ghana, in collaboration with the London Bridge Business School (LBBS). The event which took place at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers was graced with top government functionaries in the oil sector which included the GMD of NNPC, Mallam Mele Kyari, Permanent Secretary of the MPR, E. S. of the Agencies, amongst others.
