The Managing Director of the International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI), Olasupo Sogelola, has said that the company will expand its corporate and retail businesses as well as restore its capacity in the oil and gas sector.
Sogelola disclosed this recently in Lagos, while addressing a press conference on the five-year growth plans of the company, which provides underwriting solutions for offshore and onshore risks.
He said that IEI Plc was ready to expand after its acquisition by an integrated financial services group called Norrenberger.
According to him, the company would broaden its alternative channels in order to attract clients in the retail market, including small, and medium enterprises, as well as educational institutions, among others. He added that the company would create new products to meet current and evolving consumer needs.
