NEXIM Bank is proud to participate in the 2025 edition of the Practical Nigerian Content Forum (PNC), taking place from December 1st – 4th at the Nigerian Content Tower Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Organized in partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and hosted by the Bayelsa State Government, this year’s forum marks 15 years since the enactment of the NOGICD Act and brings together over 50 industry experts to advance Nigerian Content implementation.

Speaking in a post-event interview, Nasir Alfa Mohammed, Ag. Deputy CEO of the Petroleum Commission, Ghana, highlighted the PNC Forum as a key platform for addressing issues that strengthen Africa’s capacity.
He spoke on the importance of putting strategies and policies in place to ensure local players are fully empowered and actively participating in the sector.
While acknowledging Nigeria’s leadership in local content, he also underscored the significance of the MoU between Ghana and Nigeria, noting that Ghana is drawing from Nigeria’s content model to unlock its own potential and refine its implementation framework.
