Coscharis Deepens Auto Leadership with Geely Service Rollout

Coscharis Group, Nigeria’s foremost automotive manufacturing company, has officially unveiled the ultra-modern Geely Workshop in Ikeja, Lagos. The company also announced its full takeover of the brand’s after sales operations in Nigeria, ushering in a new era of customer service, technical support, and innovation for Geely vehicle owners.

The Executive Director of Coscharis Group, Cosmas Jr. Maduka, while speaking at the unveiling, described the occasion as a defining moment in the company’s journey and a renewed promise to deliver excellence to Nigerian automobile consumers. He noted that all Geely vehicles sold in Nigeria by the previous franchise holders will still enjoy full support in the new Geely workshop.

Maduka also stated that the Geely brand has found a new home in Coscharis, emphasizing that the launch symbolized more than just a new facility. He said it marked a bold commitment to value, integrity, and futuristic growth.

In his own words, “Geely is not just a car brand, it is a global symbol of progress and that symbol has found a trusted home with Coscharis. We are not just carrying the name; we are carrying the responsibility to deliver world-class service, cutting-edge innovation, and enduring value to our customers.

“The newly commissioned Geely workshop is built to international standards and is fully equipped with advanced diagnostics, genuine spare parts, and brand-certified technicians. It is designed to offer efficient, professional, and prompt service tailored to Geely vehicles.”

Maduka expressed that the Coscharis Group is going beyond standard after sales procedures and is investing in cutting-edge technology, human capital development, and process innovation-aligning with Geely’s global trajectory and its own vision for driving societal progress through technology.

He noted that the launch is not just an event but a declaration, and Coscharis is in the business to lead, not just participate.

The inclusion of Geely into Coscharis’ portfolio, which already features top-tier brands like BMW, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, and Renault, reinforces the Group’s position as a leader in the Nigerian automotive industry.

According to Maduka, this partnership is built on shared values of quality, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Also speaking at the event, the Executive Director of After sales & Special Duties at Coscharis Group reaffirmed the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, stating that despite not being the original seller of many Geely vehicles currently on Nigerian roads, Coscharis is prioritizing their upkeep as a mark of trust and brand integrity.

In his words, “we are setting up this after sales network to give existing Geely customers peace of mind, even though these vehicles were sold under a different dealership. For us, customer trust comes first-even if it comes at an extra cost.”

He further stated that the Group has established certified Geely after sales workshops in key locations, including: Lagos (Ikeja and Awoyaya); Abuja, Port Harcourt and Calabar.

The Ikeja facility, now positioned as the flagship Geely workshop, is complemented by the Awoyaya center to effectively cater to the dense population of Geely vehicle owners on the Lagos mainland.
